EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Agreement has been made on …………………………. Between ABC Company (herein after called the first party) and Mr.……………… Nepalese Nationality bearing passport No…………………………… issued on (herein after called the second party) observing in a good faith on the following terms and conditions.

Therefore, it is mutually agreed as follows:

Period of Contract

The period of contract will be 2/3 year commencing from the date of joining in the work. However, on completion of two years of service, depends on your performance you will be eligible for appropriate increment. If your performance is well during the contract period, your visa period will be renewed further at the discretion of Management.

 

Probation Period:
You will be on production period for a period of 3 months from the date of joining. If your performance is found to unsatisfactory during the probationary period. Employer has the right to terminate your service without prior notice.

Salary:
The monthly salary payment for the particular month will be made on the 1st day of the following month.

Overtime:

For work put beyond 8 normal hours per day you will be entitled to overtime payment as per the policy o the company.

Passage:

Employer will be provided free of cost an economy Class airfare from the working country to Nepal after completion of two years of service. If the service will extend by the company you will be entitle to get a free return airfare.

Medical Facilities:

Medical assistance will be made available to you in line with the rules of Company free of cost.

Annual Leave
You will be entitled to get 30 days paid annual for every completed year of service.

Welfare Facilities:
Employee will be facilitated in accord of welfare needs as per the company policy and the labor law of the country.

In case of death:

In the event of death the employee   body will be repatriated at the company’s expenses and insurance compensation will be provided end of determined in according to the law of land.

Insurance:
Employer shall likewise insure all of employees deployed by the Recruiting agent as prescribed by the Ministry of the Labor host country. Also, in case of death, injuries or diseases, employee shall be covered by pertinent laws of the country.

Dismissal

Employee may dismiss if he is found guilty of misconduct whether in the course of his duties or not. In case of will full disobedience to lawful orders given the employer and violates any of the local law or safety rules an regulations established by the employer. The employee also guarantees to abide by the local customer, have respect in their belief and not to interfere in the political and religious affairs of the country. Indulging in strike and trade unionism or in alcoholic beverages and drugs are strictly prohibited. In case of drinking, gambling, burgling, distracting employer’s properties and commits an act of physical aggression against of anybody in the jobsite or other places, may cause of instant dismissal of the agreement.

Complimentary terms and conditions:

For the terms and conditions, which are not prescribed in this contract, the both parties agree to observe the labor law in the country of the employment and / or the employer’s regulations and rules.

Both the parties hereto have discussed all the above terms and conditions in details and agreed to all terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement and put their signature in two identical original, on to be kept by each party.
